Raptors are Animal Heroes! (all ages) - Houston

Come and see Earl the LIVE turkey vulture, Sylvester the great horned owl and Wildwood the red-shouldered hawk up close and personal!  Learn what makes them animal heroes.  Feathers and wings will also be available for touching.  Presented by Cindy Alverson and Donna Morsbach of Raptors Inc.

Drawn to Be a Hero (K-8th grade) - Houston

Draw along with educational artist and veteran teacher, Jeff Nicholas, as he entertains you with original illustrations and humorous poems and stories.  He'll teach you how to create his "heroically comically" characters using simple draw along methods.
