Teen Literary Magazine Release Party (teens and their families) - Main

If you are a teen who submitted materials for the first edition of Ink from the Heart, Words from the Mind, please bring friends and family to celebrate your original work in print!  Copies of the magazine will be available.  Refreshments and hors d'oeuvres will be provided.

"Garfield's Pet Force" (G) (all ages) - Houston

One minute, Garfield and his pals are having a cookout, the next; they're engaging in a super battle with a sinister alien, and her army of zombies.  When an evil comic book demoness tries to make everyone in Cartoon World her slaves, all the comic strip characters become superheroes in order to thwart her.  Refreshments will be served.

Every Hero Has a Story - Drawn to Be a Hero (K-8th grade) - Village

Jeff Nicholas entertains his audience with original illustrations and humorous stories while teaching them how to create his quirky characters using a simple "draw along" cartooning method.  All materials for this program will be supplied.

Registration is required, please call us to register at (937) 322-2226.  For children grades K-8.
