Join local author Douglas Kirkpatrick as he discusses his new book "The S&W Traction Line: the Little Railway to Nowhere."
The "S&W" details the history of the old traction line that served S. Charleston from 1904-1922; the Springfield, Charleston, Washington and Chillicothe Railway. The history of this line is an amazing story of con artists, scammed investors and ordinary citizens who all played a role in a fascinating chapter of local history.
Children of all ages are invited to stop by between the hours of 3:30 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. to make some awesome SPRING crafts to take home.
