About Our Facility:
The Main Library collection includes books, magazines, newspapers,
audiocassettes, books on tape, CDs, videotapes, DVDs and framed art.

History
The Library originally opened as the Warder Library at 137 E. High Street in
Springfield in 1891. The library's name was changed to the Clark County Public
Library when the new library building at 201 S. Fountain Ave. first opened in
January 1989. The new building was expanded in 1996. The Warder Literacy Center
is now located in the original library building on E. High Street.
