Teen Literary Magazine (ages 13-18)

The Clark County Public Library is asking Clark County teens to submit original artwork, fan fiction, short stories, poems, book or music CD reviews or quotes for a chance to be selected to be included in the 4th issue of Ink from the Heart, Words from the Mind.  This is a twice yearly teen magazine for teens, by teens. (ages 13-18) If 18, must still be in high school.

All items must be submitted by Friday, September 30th, 2016.  Please call (937) 328-6905 for more information.

Champion City Kings Day (families with children) - Carleton Davidson Stadium

Families are invited to join us at the stadium prior to the game for a baseball themed storytime with Miss Sonya.  Children ages 13 and younger will get in FREE when you tell them you are with the library!  A free hot dog and drink will also be provided for the children (Limit 1 per child. While supplies last).  After enjoying the stories, stick around to enjoy some of the players and mascots.  The baseball game will begin around 7:05 PM.  Call us at (937) 328-6905 for more information.

Read with the Trees (ages 4-7) NTPRD Administration Building

Listen to a nature themed book while enjoying the beautiful outdoors!  Participants will have the opportunity to make a craft or explore nature.  This program is done in cooperation with the National Trail Parks and Recreation District.  Please call (937) 328-7275 to register, no later than the Monday before the program.  For ages 4-7 with a parent or caregiver.

This program will take place at the National Trail Parks and Recreation District Administration Building, 1301 Mitchell Blvd., Springfield, OH.
